We're aware of a problem which can occur for LG TV users of the Demand 5 app.
When the app is launched, a spinning wheel will appear but the app will not successfully load.
We are working to resolve this issue. To workaround the problem in the short term there are 2 possible solutions:
- Remove and reinstall the Demand 5 app
- Complete a full factory reset of the TV (please be aware, this will wipe all personalised user data
