We're aware that some users are experiencing a service error when trying to use the My5 website and mobile applications. Users may see the following error message:

Incomplete, revoked or suspended account at Gigya. UserAccountID: *********-****-****-****-***********


Please accept our apologies for this loss of service. We are working hard with the support teams at our service providers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime if you experience this issue please try the following:

  • Website - if you're using the My5 website, please try signing in using a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) or clear your browser cookies (see this article: How do I clear my cookies?)
  • Mobile apps (iOS and Android) - if you're using the My5 app on iOS or Android devices, please try:
    1. Signing out
    2. Close the app
    3. Restart the app
    4. Sign back in
