Can't play programmes on My5 mobile apps

Some users may be experiencing problems playing episodes on the My5 mobile applications.

A fix for Android mobiles and tablets is now available from the Google Play Store - please download the new version of the app, version 5.1.8.

A fix for iPhones and iPads is also now available from the App Store - please download the latest version, 5.1.9.
