Some users may be experiencing an issue with the Live TV section in the My5 app on iPhones and iPads. The screen may not fully load and may appear to have large spaces in it, similar to the below image.
This is due to an ongoing issue with the My5 EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) service that tells the app what is on and when. Our technical support teams are working hard to resolve the issue quickly.
Meanwhile, you should find that the Live TV functionality still works - just tap on the channel logos and it will take you to the relevant Channel Live TV screen which is functioning normally.
