Playback Not Working On Roku/Now Devices

We have been looking into reports of problems playing content on the My5 app on Roku/Now devices whereby the app drops out when trying to play any content.

We have put a fix in place for this issue at around 1.30pm on Friday 23rd February.

If you are still experiencing problems, please close the My5 app and restart your device to see if this clears the issue.
