To ensure the My5 app performs as best as possible across all devices, sometimes we need to close down access to earlier models running older versions of Apple's iOS operating system.
The My5 app has been closed on iPhones and iPads running iOS versions older than 11. This is because the technology used to provide the features and functionality in the app does not work properly on those older versions of iOS.
My5 will continue to be supported on iOS version 11 and above.
