When the Demand 5 app is installed and opened for the first time, a spinning icon may appear for several minutes while content is being downloaded.
This is a normal part of the setup process on the Demand 5 iOS, Windows, Android, console and set-top box apps. Please wait a few minutes until the download is complete.
