This error appears when your Xbox cannot connect to the Xbox LIVE service.
Please try the following:
- Follow the troubleshooting steps in the Video playback checklist and try again.
- Check that the Xbox LIVE service is up and running on the Xbox LIVE status page.
- Check that the Demand 5 app is up and running on the Xbox LIVE status page.
If the service and apps are up and running, please wait a few minutes and try again.
