If you believe you have found a bug in My5:

  • Reboot your device and try again
  • Go to the App Store on your device and check for app updates
  • Run through our Video playback checklist in full

  • The operating system on the device and the exact version
  • The version number of the My5 app you are using
  • Steps to replicate the problem
