Some users may be experiencing a playback problem with Demand 5 content on LG TVs.
In some cases users will be able to hear the ads playing in the background but the picture will not appear. This occurs if you are trying to watch a show after the TV has been switched back on and the Demand 5 app is launched for the first time.
