Amazon Fire TV – BT Home Hub screen preventing the Demand 5 app from launching

We’re aware of a problem being experienced by BT Home Hub subscribers when trying to launch the Demand 5 app via the Amazon Fire TV. 

You’ll be presented with a BT Home Hub Get started screen when attempting to load the app, but you won’t be able to continue to the Demand 5 service. You’ll only be able to use the Home button on the Fire TV remote to exit this screen.
