Amazon Fire TV – BT Home Hub screen preventing the My5 app from launching

We’re aware of a problem being experienced by BT Home Hub subscribers when trying to launch the My5 app via the Amazon Fire TV. 

You’ll be presented with a BT Home Hub Get started screen when attempting to load the app, but you won’t be able to continue to the My5 service. You’ll only be able to use the Home button on the Fire TV remote to exit this screen.
