Some users may be experiencing a problem when trying to watch shows on www.channel5.com using the Internet Explorer (IE) web browser.
In some cases, you may see "Display Log Console" and "Display QoS Metrics" messages appear in the video player:
This problem affects versions 9 and 10 of Internet Explorer. We are aware of the problem and we're working hard to resolve it as soon as possible.
In the meantime, if you experience the problem we recommend the following:
- Please check your computer meets our recommended system requirements, and make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser. We suggest downloading and installing the latest version of Internet Explorer (11), or consider using an alternative browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari (Macs only).
- Try following the steps in our Video playback checklist to ensure you're not having any internet connection problems.
- If you still have problems, please contact our Customer Services team and let them know which specific show and episode number you're trying to watch, and which web browser you're using (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
Alternatively, you can watch the show on Demand 5 on one of these other devices.
