You are probably seeing the audio-only version of the show.
Some users may find that when they are watching Demand 5 on a slower internet connection (e.g. 3G, or a slow wi-fi network), they can hear the sound but they can't see the video.
This usually means the app is playing the audio-only version of the show. If your connection gets too slow, your device is unable to receive the video data fast enough to play it, and so the app will play the audio-only version of the show instead.
If you find this happens to you, our recommendation will be to:
- Wait until your 3G/4G signal improves and then try again
- Check your wi-fi connection speed
