Demand 5 service interruption on Samsung TVs - 2nd November 2015

From 2nd November 2015 we will be upgrading the Demand 5 app on Samsung devices.

Our new and improved app has been released across all 2013, 2014 and 2015 models of Samsung Smart TV. See this article for details.

The service remains temporarily unavailable on 2012 Samsung TVs and Blu-ray players while the upgrade work continues.

Unfortunately, this update means that Demand 5 will no longer work on Samsung 2011 TV/Blu-ray players (D Range models, which can be identified from a D being present in the product code found on the device, e.g. UE**D5***).
