Why do I see the "$1 must be at least two characters" message when trying to sign in to My5?

Some users may see the following error message on screen when they try to sign in to their My5 account:

$1 must be at least two characters

There is a known issue with the sign in form which causes this message to appear if your first name or last name contains only one character, such as an initial.

We are planning to release a fix for this issue in the next few days.
