We are aware of an intermittent playback problem on Xbox One: the Demand 5 app loads and refreshes but no content plays and you see an error message with error code 535C.
To solve the problem we recommend resetting the MAC address. To do this:
- Go to 'Settings'
- Scroll to 'Network'
- Select 'Network Settings'
- Select 'Advanced Settings'
- Select 'Alternative MAC Address'
- Select 'Clear'
This will restart your Xbox One.
Once the Xbox One restarts, relaunch the Demand 5 app and playback should resume.
