PIN reminder email not working on Demand 5 app on TVs and games consoles

There is a problem with the PIN reminder emails if you are watching Demand 5 on smart TVs, games consoles and set-top boxes.

If you forget your PIN and try to retrieve it through the "Forgot your PIN?" function, the reminder email is not being delivered to your email inbox.

A workaround is to delete the app from your device then re-install it again. This should remove your PIN.

Our technical team are investigating the problem and hope to be able to resolve it soon.
