My5 app crashes when attempting to set-up a PIN

There is a problem when trying to set-up a PIN for the first time on iOS devices causing the app to crash. This only occurs when you are logged in through your Facebook account, where you will be asked to re-authenticate to set the new PIN.

We apologise for the inconvenience and we're currently working on a fix. Meanwhile, you can set-up a new PIN by logging into the My5 website, or on the My5 app on an Android device.
