Users are currently unable to use any of the following Channel 5 applications:
- My5 website and mobile applications
- Big Brother website
- Milkshake website
- Demand 5 applications on Smart TV’s, games consoles and STB's
These issues are due to a problem at the data centre which hosts our services, and the engineers are hard at work to fix the problem and restore services as quickly as possible.
