We're aware of an issue where some users are unable to load the My5 and Milkshake apps on some YouView devices.
Our technical team has resolved the issue, but if you're still having problems opening the apps, please follow these instructions to make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the apps:
- Press the blue YouView button
- Scroll across to settings and press select
- Scroll down to software information and press select
- On the right-hand side of the screen, scroll down to Update Players & Apps and press select
- You should see a message confirming that you are using the most up-to-date players
In the meantime, if you are unable to find the latest episode of your favourite show, please try using My5 on one of these devices.
