Could not load My5 on Apple TV

Some users may see the following message when they try to launch the My5 app on their Apple TV:

Could not load My5
You are running an old version of My5
Please download the latest My5 app from the Apple Store

If you see this message, please follow these steps: 

  1. Exit the app by pressing the Home button on the remote control
  2. Navigate to the App Store
  3. Search for the My5 app in the App Store, then download and install it
  4. Relaunch the My5 app

If the above does not work, please delete the My5 app from your Apple TV and then re-download from the App Store.
