Unable to load My5 website - Resolved

We have been able to resolve the issue that was affecting access to the My5 website (www.my5.tv) for some users, although you may still find that the site doesn’t fully load when accessing it.

If you find that the page presents a blue screen and doesn’t fully load the content, please clear all cookies from your browser, ensuring that you clear them for all time, where the option is available.

If you’re still having problems, please raise a ticket here confirming which browser you are using and we will look into this further for you.
