SOLVED - Problems Using My5 On Humax Devices

Humax have advised that they have released a fix for the issue that has been preventing the My5 app from working properly on their devices.

If the app still isn't working properly for you, it may be that you need to run a system update on your Humax box, which should pull through the update.

We do apologise for the problems that we had with this and that it took longer than we would have liked to get this issue resolved but we hope that you will now be able to access My5 on your device.
