RESOLVED: Error 102630 when watching episodes on My5 website on mobile browser

Some users have reported seeing Error Code 102630 when trying to play episodes on the My5 website ( using a web browser on their mobile phone or tablet.

We believe this issue only affects users who are viewing the website while their browser is in Incognito mode.

If you experience this issue please turn off Incognito mode in your browser.
