We are aware of an issue that is currently presenting the VJS-2010 error when trying to play content on some platforms.
The issue seems to primarily be affecting the app on Freeview Play and YouView devices, as well as on the Playstation 4 app.
We believe that the problem is sporadic and should clear if you reattempt playback a short time later but we are looking into what is causing the error to try and prevent it from happening.

The issue doesn't affect all platforms and playback should work on other devices, as well as the My5 website.
