There is an issue with the My5 app on some Freesat set-top boxes. In some cases, users are unable to launch the app when selecting the My5 icon on the home screen. In other cases, users can launch the app but are then unable to play any episodes.
Our technical support team is working to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you should be able to access My5 via other platforms including the My5 website.
