Live Feed Playback Error On iOS Devices

We are aware of a problem currently affecting the live feed of channels on the My5 app on iOS (Apple) devices.

Our Tech Team are working to identify the cause of this issue and running tests and discussing options with our development partners to better understand why this is happening with a view to getting it rectified as soon as possible.

Apologies for the problems with this, we believe that it is specific to iOS devices so if you have access to My5 on other platforms you should still be able to watch live feeds of all available channels without issue.
