We are aware of an issue currently affecting the My5 app on some NowTV/Roku devices whereby playback appears to break-up or become pixelated.
Our Tech Team are looking to understand what is causing this issue on these devices so that they can look to get a fix in place for this as soon as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and appreciate your patience as we work to get it resolved.
This problem is specific to these devices so you should be able to watch content on other platforms, such as the My5 website without experiencing this error.
