We’re aware of a problem currently affecting the latest update to the app on Amazon Fire TV devices and our Tech Team are looking into the cause of this issue as a priority.
The problem seems to be specific to version 220.127.116.110064125 of the app which was released this week and presents itself by crashing the app either as soon as playback is attempted or a few minutes after content starts.
We will look to get this issue resolved as soon as possible and thank you for your patience whilst we work on a fix.
You should still be able to access My5 on other platforms, such as the website as these are not affected by this issue.
