RESOLVED: My5 load error across multiple platforms

We are currently looking into an issue that is affecting some users and preventing My5 from loading on any platform at present.

Early indications are that this issue is related to a problem connecting to our servers but we are working to understand what is preventing these connections from being made and how we can resolve it.

We will look to get a fix in place for this issue as soon as possible and will update this article with any further information as soon as it becomes available.
