Problems pairing Samsung TV app with your My5 account

We are aware that some users may be having problems pairing the app on their Samsung TV with their My5 account due to the code presented on their TV refreshing every 30 seconds.

We are working on a fix for this issue but it requires the deployment of a new app that may take some time to finalise.

In the meantime, when trying to pair the app on your Samsung TV with your My5 account using the activation page (https://activate.my5.tv/) please make sure that you are entering the latest code shown on your screen.
