We are aware of a problem with accessing the Live TV feeds on the Apple TV version of the My5 app and our Tech Team are working to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
The problem lies in navigating the icons to access the Live TV feeds and the team are working to understand what is causing the problem so that they can get a fix in place for it.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
Whilst we work to get this problem resolved, the live feeds of our channels should still be available on other platforms including the My5 website.
