Playback Failing on LG 2020 TVs

We have become aware of a problem with playback of content on the My5 app on LG 2020 televisions following a recent update.

Users may find that adverts play but they are then presented with a spinning load wheel without the content starting as expected.

Our Tech Team are working to understand what is causing this issue and how to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this issue, it does seem to be specific to LG TVs and My5 should still be available on other platforms, including the website.
