We have recently implemented changes to My5 whereby the platform is no longer accessible via VPN.
When accessing via VPN you may be presented with a CA-3001 error or an unknown error when trying to play content.
If you are within the UK, please try turning off your VPN to access My5 and you should then be able to play content on the platform. If you are still having problems though, please contact us.
Content on My5 is only available to watch within the UK.
