We have become aware of an issue with the My5 app on some Samsung televisions whereby the adverts that are shown are appearing blurry or unclear.
Our Tech Team are working to rectify this problem as soon as possible but we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
The problem only seems to affect the adverts and content should play clearly as expected. If you are experiencing problems with content playback, please contact us.
This issue is specific to the My5 app on Samsung televisions and should you prefer, you will be able to access content without issue on other platforms, including the My5 website.
