We have made it much easier to manage your My5 account on the website, including the option to delete your account, should you wish.
After signing in to your My5 account at channel5.com you can visit the Preference Center and you’ll be able to:
- Change your Name
- Change your Email address
- Change your Date of Birth
- Change your Postcode
- Change your Password *
- Delete your My5 account *
* Note that changing your password or deleting your account will automatically sign you out of your My5 account.

These new features are currently only available on the My5 website, but your account can still be used as normal on all devices that account sign-in is available on.
