We are currently working to address an issue affecting My5 on most devices.
Users may find that they receive an error message when trying to open the My5 app/website or when trying to play content.
You may also notice that the service is running slower than usual on all devices.
This problem started on Sunday 15th May and is currently on-going but we are working to get it fixed as soon as possible.
