We are aware of a problem currently affecting some users of My5 through the YouView app on certain Sony TVs whereby playback is failing and a VJS-2010 error is being presented.
Our team are working to understand what is causing this error to appear on these devices and how we can prevent this from happening.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get this issue fully resolved.
In the meantime, this issue shouldn’t impact access to My5 on other devices, including the website.
