We are aware of a problem whereby an excessive number of ads are being shown during the midroll ad break when watching on Roku devices that are running Roku OS 11.5.
Customers experiencing this issue will notice many more adverts being played midway through content than would normally be expected and we are working to understand why this is happening and how we can get it resolved as soon as possible.
This issue is only affecting the My5 app on Roku devices running Roku OS 11.5, it shouldn't be present on any other platforms, including the My5 website.
