The My5 app has been closed on Samsung TV's from 2015 and earlier

To ensure the My5 app continues to perform as best as possible across all devices, sometimes we need to close down access to earlier models running older versions of manufacturers operating systems.

The My5 app has been closed on Samsung TV's from 2015 and earlier. This is because the technology used to provide the features and functionality in the app does not work properly on those older versions of the operating system.

My5 will continue to be supported on the newer TV models from 2016 and above.
