You may be experiencing a blank screen when accessing the 5 app on your LG or Freeview Play television.
We are looking into it and we aim to fix the problem as soon as possible.
One thing that we have found that does help with this is to manually change the DNS servers on your television to 8.8.8.8. To do this you should just need to open your television's settings and under the Network Settings and most likely the advanced options, you may see the section to change your DNS settings from automatic to manual and then make that change in there.
