You can set up a 5 PIN to prevent access to shows containing content unsuitable for a younger audience.
To set a PIN, you must have a 5 account.
Mobiles and tablets
1. Sign in to 5.
2. In the top navigation, tap the menu icon (top left).
3. Tap on '5' and then 'Account Details'.
4. In the PIN section, tap 'Set'.
5. For security you will be prompted to sign in again.
6. Enter and confirm a new 4 digit PIN and tap 'Save'.
Computers
1. Sign in to 5.
2. In the top navigation, rollover your username and the navigation bar will expand.
3. Click 'Account Settings'.
4. In the PIN section, click 'Set'.
5. For security you will be prompted to sign in again.
6. Enter and confirm a new 4 digit PIN and click 'Save'.
