Five Life started broadcasting programmes at 20:00 on Sunday 15th October 2006, and Five USA started broadcasting from 20:00 on Monday 16th October 2006. Five Life became FIVER on 28th April 2008 and Five US became Five USA on 16th February 2009.
On March 7th 2011 Five USA became 5 USA and FIVER became 5*.
5* relaunched as 5 STAR on 11th February 2015 as part of the rebrand of the entire family of our channels.
Spike UK launched on 15th April 2015, and rebranded as 5Spike in October 2017.
