We are aware that a number of our FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) channels are currently experiencing intermittent issues on Freely, Freeview Play and LG devices. Some viewers may experience video freezing, audio cutting out, a black screen, or channels dropping in and out. The behaviour is not consistent — some channels may appear to work normally at times, while others may be affected more frequently.

Please note that not all of these channels will be affected at the same time, and some may work without issue. The problem can be intermittent and may vary from device to device.
