Blank Screen When Opening My5 App On LG & Freeview Play Televisions

You may be experiencing a blank screen when accessing the My5 app on your LG or Freeview Play television.

One thing that we have found that does help with this is to manually change the DNS servers on your television to To do this you should just need to open your television's settings and under the Network Settings and most likely the advanced options, you may see the section to change your DNS settings from automatic to manual and then make that change in there.
