5 Not Currently Working on PlayStation PS4

We’re aware of an issue currently affecting the 5 app on PlayStation PS4 devices.
Some users may experience problems launching the app or playing content on PS4. Our teams are actively investigating this issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
What can I do in the meantime?
While we work on a fix, you can continue watching 5 on one of the many other supported platforms, including:
- Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV, Freeview Play)
- Streaming devices (Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, NOW)
- Mobile and tablets (iOS and Android)
- Web browsers on desktop or laptop (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox)
You can sign in with the same 5 account on another device and pick up where you left off.
Do I need to contact support?
There’s no need to contact Customer Support about this issue at the moment. We’re already aware of the problem and will update this article once the issue has been resolved.
