My5 offers a selection of programmes from across the Channel 5 family: Channel 5, 5USA, 5STAR, 5SELECT and 5ACTION.

Typically once a programme has been broadcast for the first time – and provided we have the rights – it becomes available on My5 for a period of time. This availability period varies from show to show, but it is usually a minimum of 7 days.

New programmes are added to My5 every day. These include series and programmes that are currently being broadcast, as well as shows from our archive and My5 exclusives.
