My video stopped playing after 5 to 10 minutes. Why?

All My5 apps require an internet connection to stream content.

If your video stops playing unexpectedly, your internet connection may not be fast enough to stream video.

To resolve this try closing any apps that may be consuming bandwidth.

If the problem continues, follow the steps in our video playback checklist.
