Why don't I have a network connection?

My5 requires an active internet connection.

If you do not have a connection:

  • Check that Wi-Fi is switched on. Note that some laptops have a hardware switch in addition to the software control panel
  • Check that your network cable is plugged in to your computer
  • Ensure that Airplane mode is switched off
  • Restart your device
