5 requires an active internet connection.
If you do not have a connection:
- Check that Wi-Fi is switched on. Note that some laptops have a hardware switch in addition to the software control panel
- Check that your network cable is plugged in to your computer
- Ensure that Airplane mode is switched off
- Restart your device
